Here all users may speak to one another, just as long as it's friendly chat and a few rules are listened too.
1.Swearing is allowed
2.No smut/18+ topics/images/etc
3.No RP is allowed in the chatroom
4.You cannot tell others about affairs in your clan's RP without the admins consent. What if what you say impacts the RP?
