Here is an overall map including all territories.

Light green - Raised land/hills
Dark green - Dipped land/valley
Blue - Water
Brown - Pine/Oak trees
White - Birch trees
Grey land - rocky terrain
Green land - grassy terrain
Purple - Moonstone
